We aimed to find out directly from the source. So, we started simple conversations, asking a single question:
"What essential items would make a real difference for you and your family?”
The requests, though simple, painted a powerful picture of everyday struggles. We heard pleas for basic necessities like rice, lentils, and cooking oil to fill their kitchens. Parents desperately needed cerelac for their babies. These essential food items were the foundation of a secure and healthy home life, and their absence represents a daily worry for many in our city.
Knowing firsthand what was needed, we reached out to Swiggy Instamart. This amazing collaboration allowed us to efficiently deliver these essentials directly to the doorsteps of those we met. The joy and relief on their faces as they received these items was truly a beautiful sight.
This campaign wasn't just about groceries and supplies. It was about building connections. We saw the strength and resilience of our community and the dreams these folks hold for themselves and their families.
